The business plan or the initial pitch to Anbac should not be more than 12-15 pages or slides of a word document or PowerPoint presentation. One needs to submit an executive summary of their business plan. At this stage numbers don’t matter that much, but the plan must contain a descriptive brief on the following points –
- About the team & co founder ( highlighting what role will each member play in the venture
- Problem & the solution address ( describe as to what pain you are alleviating & the solution provided)
- Value Proposition (highlight the uniqueness of the product or service)
- Business Model( how you’re going to make money from this venture)
- Market Size ( Be clear as to what is the market size of the product offered)
- Current Traction (what has been achieved so far)
- Competitor Analysis
- Financial Projections ( financial snapshot of for the next 3 years financial forecast)
- Funding required
